Terms and Conditions of participation

The procedure of payment on behalf of participants is subject to the following clauses:

To claim reimbursement you must write directly to the following email: [email protected]
65% refund will be made just if is requested 60 days before January 23, 2023.
40% refund will be made just if is requested 45 days before January 23, 2023.
If the participant registers and cancels attendance for any reason 30 days prior to the event, no refund shall be made of the amount paid.

The terms and conditions, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties are governed by the Nicaraguan laws that mean any disagreement cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties it has to be subject to the Nicaraguan laws.
